1. Acceptance of the Terms١. قبول الشروط
By creating an account, accessing Mohameek, or requesting a legal service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.بإنشاء حساب أو الدخول إلى محاميك أو طلب خدمة قانونية، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، فلا تستخدم المنصة.
2. Accounts and eligibility٢. الحسابات والأهلية
- You must provide accurate information and keep your mobile number and account access secure.يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة والحفاظ على أمان رقم الهاتف ووسيلة الدخول إلى الحساب.
- You are responsible for activity completed through your authenticated account.أنت مسؤول عن النشاط المنفذ من خلال حسابك الموثق.
- Law-firm and legal-translation-company accounts are subject to onboarding, verification, and approval.تخضع حسابات مكاتب المحاماة وشركات الترجمة القانونية للتسجيل والتحقق والاعتماد.
3. Platform role٣. دور المنصة
Mohameek provides technology for discovering providers, comparing consultation and translation services, submitting requests, coordinating payments, and communicating about service delivery. Legal consultation and translation are provided by the selected law firm or legal translation company, not by Mohameek itself.يوفر محاميك التقنية لاكتشاف مقدمي الخدمات ومقارنة خدمات الاستشارة والترجمة وتقديم الطلبات وتنسيق المدفوعات والتواصل بشأن تنفيذ الخدمة. تقدم الاستشارة القانونية أو الترجمة بواسطة مكتب المحاماة أو شركة الترجمة القانونية المختارة، وليس بواسطة محاميك نفسه.
4. Service requests and payments٤. طلبات الخدمات والمدفوعات
- The service description, scope, language, delivery details, available time, and displayed price or quote form part of the request.يشكل وصف الخدمة ونطاقها ولغتها وتفاصيل تسليمها والوقت المتاح والسعر أو عرض السعر المعروض جزءاً من الطلب.
- Payment must be completed using the option made available during checkout.يجب إتمام الدفع باستخدام الوسيلة المتاحة أثناء إتمام الحجز.
- A request is confirmed only when the platform shows confirmation or sends the relevant confirmation notice.لا يعد الطلب مؤكداً إلا عندما تعرض المنصة التأكيد أو ترسل إشعار التأكيد المعني.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds٥. الإلغاء وتعديل الموعد والاسترداد
Eligibility to cancel, reschedule, change, or receive a refund depends on the request status and the applicable conditions shown for the service. Requests must be submitted through the available platform channel or to Mohameek support.تعتمد أهلية الإلغاء أو إعادة الجدولة أو التعديل أو الاسترداد على حالة الطلب والشروط المعروضة للخدمة. ويجب تقديم الطلبات عبر القناة المتاحة في المنصة أو إلى دعم محاميك.
6. Acceptable use٦. الاستخدام المقبول
Users must not misuse the platform, impersonate another person, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, harass another user, or use service communications or uploaded documents for an unlawful purpose.يجب ألا يسيء المستخدمون استخدام المنصة أو ينتحلوا شخصية الغير أو يتدخلوا في الأمن أو يرفعوا محتوى غير قانوني أو يضايقوا مستخدماً آخر أو يستخدموا اتصالات الخدمة أو المستندات المرفوعة لغرض غير قانوني.
7. Professional responsibility٧. المسؤولية المهنية
Law firms and legal translation companies remain responsible for their credentials, professional services, advice or translations, conflict checks where applicable, delivery commitments, and compliance with professional duties. Customers remain responsible for the completeness and accuracy of information and documents they provide.تظل مكاتب المحاماة وشركات الترجمة القانونية مسؤولة عن تراخيصها وخدماتها المهنية والاستشارات أو الترجمات وفحص تعارض المصالح عند الاقتضاء والتزامات التسليم والامتثال للواجبات المهنية. ويظل العملاء مسؤولين عن اكتمال ودقة المعلومات والمستندات التي يقدمونها.
8. Availability and changes٨. التوفر والتعديلات
Mohameek may maintain, improve, suspend, or modify platform features when reasonably required. These Terms may be updated, and the revised date will be shown on this page.يجوز لمحاميك صيانة خصائص المنصة أو تحسينها أو تعليقها أو تعديلها عند الحاجة المعقولة. وقد يتم تحديث هذه الشروط، وسيظهر تاريخ التعديل في هذه الصفحة.
9. Applicable law and contact٩. القانون المطبق والتواصل
